Richard Crathorne BSc FARLA

With overall responsibility for Lettings and Property Management he deals with all aspects of Lettings. With over 18 years experience within the built environment having specialised in residential lettings for over 12 years. Previously working within the general practice environment in all aspects of chartered surveying. He is a fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and specialises in Private Client and Portfolio Management work particularly in relation investment acquisition and management. Qualifications include National Diploma in Business and Finance (1991), Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Estate Management (1997), and ARLA Legal and Technical Award (1998). Appointed regional council member of ARLA in 1999-2002 and since been on many technical committees locally to improve and advance the private rented sector in the midlands area.
